After a summer trip to the French countryside, I was inspired to bring back some of France with me.  This led to the interest in the development of a local Snail Farm here in Athens, Georgia, so that I could further enjoy the fine, French delicacy that is escargot while also allowing the local Athens residents to experience this French tradition.
